If it's only 14 inches wide I doubt its a 75g.

Good price though

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

I know a 55g is 48 X 13 A 75 is 48 X 18, thats their only difference. Unless its and extra deep tank.

Tank Volume

Well according to their measurements the tank is 139.6 gallons but they also said the length and height are the same and there clearly not.

The 4 ft tall is including the stand. I'm guessing the tank is about 21" tall instead.

If the height is only 21 inches it's only 61.1 gallons

Idk I could be wrong or it could be a weird shaped 75g. Mine has the dimensions 48" x 21" x 18".
