Getting Live Rock & Base Rock

My tank is 75 gal ,and its in cycling process. Do i need to cure the LR and BR before i put them into the tank? BTW, what is the best method to cure these rocks?

There are many approaches you could take, you could add the rock to the cycling tank and let it's die off happen during the cycle, thus curing the rock, or you could cure the rock seperately. Best would be to probobly cure the rock seperately, and then add after that process. I am sure there is an article on here about curing live rock...........
