Getting started looking for advice

I have been researching and planning for a month or so now, I am looking at starting my first FOWLR tank. I have a 55g show tank and a 30g tank that I am going to use for a sump/refugium.
This is what I have in mind for equipment-
-Marineland pro 100 skimmer
-Quiet One 2200pump
-Penguin 1140 powerhead
-2 75w Jager heaters

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think the pump is a good size? I am looking for a x5 turnover or there abouts.
I will also be adding a 10g top off tank with automatic float. I still need to build a stand and add compartments to the 30g tank.
