good diet for flame?

I've had a flame angle in my tank for probably about 2 months and he is doing great. I was just wondering if I'm getting him all the healthy stuff he needs. There is no LR in my tank, but plenty of algae growing on rocks. I'm also feeding spirulana flakes, freeze dried brine shrimp, "Sally's seaweed salad", regular maring tropical flakes, and daphnia. Is there anything I should add to keep him healthy?

Are there any good online stores I can find stuff like that. All the "good" pet stores in this area have been run out of busines by the evil Petco's and Pet'smart's of the world. I've looked at big al's quite a bit. They seem to have good pricing, but I like to have my options also. Thanks for the advice.

He beat me to it - exellent stuff. Angel's that are pigs are also healthy angels.
