got the tank, now what????

alright i just had my 120 pre-drilled aquarium delivered. its awesome!!! i thought that the bulk heads (the tubes that deliver water to the sump and return it to the tank, i think thats what they are called) came with the aquarium. what do i need? flexible or rigid tubing? does anyone have pictures of their bulk heads that i can use as a diagram?

please help, sorry i know its a dumb question, but i thought everything was included!
