Greenish/Clear Algae

I have had my 10g Nano setup for 3 months and have gone through the brown algae phase. I currently have a ton of Greenish/Clear Algae. I just want to know if it is one of the normal algae phases or if it is one of the annoying algaes that stay around like cyno. here best pic i could get.
