A few months ago I had a red slime algae issue and managed to treat my tank for it...it's now gone...now I have another menace...Green Hair Algae. I had a Turbo snail before and he starved to death (I had no hair algae then) and I really dont want to deal with anymore dead snails...Is there any snail other than a Turbo I could get that wont starve to death and I can get at Petco? I love Nassarius snails, can they help with this problem if i got a bunch? FYI! I DO have corals in my tank: Green Star Polyp, Zoas, and Kenya Tree.

You are still fighting the same battle you were before, just with a different face. Both cyanobacteria and hair algae, as all algae's, feed off of nitrates and phosphates in the water column. There is a link in my signature about addressing this issue to an article that you can read that will assist your battle.
