I'm semi new to this whole fish thing. I own a 29gal and a 10gal. Both I have had for maybe 6 or 7 weeks.
I really want to get a small salt water tank. Maybe a 20gal or so.

But my question is a salt water tank harder to set up, take care of ect?

The cycling process is a little longer- but everything else is about the same.

Except, IMO SW is more exciting. Everything is more colorful and interesting to watch. I have had both SW and FW and enjoy SW a lot more

SW isn't harder, but it is different. Depending on your particular goals, it is usually more expensive as well. There are some good articles in the articles section that may help give you ideas of what would be encountered.

P.S. if you make a blanket statement that SW is more colorful than FW, you need a better LFS. ;)

Lol. My LFS is SW only.
