Well when I first got started I had my tank full and didn't do top offs tell the water got so low that the power heads would make bubbles then I would add water but never back to full then I started to get lazy and moved my powerheads down farther into the tank but then I got my own rodi unit and started to fill it up but not all the way because I was to scared to add too much and kill everything so right now I keep it a little over 3/4 of the way full ( probably why my hob skimmer doesn't work ) and I have got tired of looking at it that way and was wondering if there is a safe way to fill it back to the top. Need help!!

Thanks

Test the salinity of the tank water and make the ro/di water the same salinity and temperature. Then you can add a bunch of water to get it to the top. :)

Ok thanks for the help and the quick responses.

Do I have to use an air stone when I am mixing the salt.
