I got a lifegaurd aquatics quietflow 4000 rated for 991 gph being shipped to me. Right now im using 400 gph pump that used to be used on our pond that has been upgraded now.

Here are a couple of photos of my sump. It came out extremely well and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. The first chamber houses the skimmer, then you have bubble traps, followed by a refugium(which is currently empty) and lastly is the return. Overall, very impressed with it.
