Help starting up saltwater tank

Hi there I am thinking of starting up a salt water tank but not sure want
I like the coral and the reef but I would like to have fish in the to
I am getting a tank that's 150L with stand in 3 weeks time I have a
Fresh water tank ATM and I am keeping that tank size 130 L

So can anyone one help telling me wants the best salt water tank is
Ie reef or coral I want it every colourful and wot equipment I need to set up
Like wots a good

lighting
Skimmers
Filters
Filtration equipment
Power heads
Live rock
Do I mix the salt in to the water or just buy made up
Air pumps and air stones (if needed)
Test kits
Additives
Supplements
Maintenance tools


Don't think I have missed any thing out if so plz inform me as still leaning and researching
