I have a 65 gallon tank (36"x18"x24") lit by a 6x39w T5HO light (3x10k, 3x460nm atinic). I am keeping corals. My current lighting schedule is 1-1/2 hr. atinics only, 9 hours all lights and end with 1-1/2 hours of the atinics. Am i on the right track there, or should i run then shorter or longer.

My second question is on a scale of 0-10 where would you place them as far as intensity. Thanks a lot for the help

Seems like your lighting times are OK. As far as intensity, I'd say you're at the upper end of the range, but not the highest.

I agree with Kurt. If you start getting some algae issues you could drop your all lights time to 7 so that you get a total of 10 hours of light.
