Help with salinity

Can anyone help me with lowering my salinity. It's at around 1.029 and I've used nothing but freshwater as top off water but it won't drop, any ideas?

Keep pulling out the tank water and replace with RO/DI water... It'll drop.

It wont drop by topping off with ro/di because the salt is still in the tank. You have to remove salt water and replace with ro/di. You must do it slowly or you will shock any fish you have in the tank.
