Help with setting up tank

OK I'm totally new to salt water aquariums but have experience with fresh water ...i have always wanted to set one up and have finally decided to take the plunge ... now im looking at going no bigger than 80 gallons right now as its my first and could do with a little advice on everything im going to need ...equipment wise i mean

i have come to realize that i will be needing a sump filter ..wet and dry and maybe more power heads and a protein skimmer etc..

so please any input would be great on what products and where from and excactly what i will need im trying to keep the price down as much as i can ...

Well you need to start with what you want... fish only or a reef tank?

Once we have that answer then we can try to help you out with the rest.

it will be a fish tank mainly but would maybe like some live reef also if thats possible
