Hippo Tang with Ich

Hello all,
I have a hippo tang with a slight case of ich in a 10 gallon QT tank. I have treated the water with Copper safe. My question is how long do I leave the tang in the QT with the copper? He does not look very happy as of now...but it has to be done.

Three weeks minimum. 4-5 weeks is even better.

Do you have any experience with the effectiveness of this particular product "coppersafe?" thanks for the info....

Except in very advanced stages, it has been very successful for me.
