I currently have a saddle carpet anemone. It has now eaten two of the clownfish that has hosted it. One of the clownfish it ate today while it was bringing food to it. I have two other clownfish (all ocellaris) that are still hosting it after this tragedy (yes I really said that because I actually witnessed it happening, it was horrifying to watch). I've decided to get a different anemone and perhaps trade the one I have for a different one. I was thinking about getting a bulb anemone, will my clownfish host that anemone as well? Will clownfish generally host a new anemone after they have already hosted one? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
