How many watts for UVS

I would like to invest in a UV sterilizer for both my 30g as well as my 60g ( w/40g sump ) What wattage should I get for them?

Also Im seeing some fairly cheap ones on ebay ( like the Jebo ) are these ok?

On the 30 gallon you could get the 9 watt turbo twist. With the other one I would get the 36 watt turbo twist. But of course that is IMO
