How Much Flo?

I was just wondering since I dont have a power head in my tank right now if I need one. I have a 10 gal tank with Xenia, Mushrooms like mad, a clown, some crabs and snails, and an urchine. I have 10lbs of sand, 10 lbs of rock. I have a HOB filter that has some flow, and also I have a coral life proteen skimmer for the little nano tanks i forget what its called. I want to add either a brain or a clam real soon.

you need around 150-200GPH of flow in your tank.

I would add a small PH. Even at 120 GPH it is probably just dumping back into the tank without good flow.
