How much gunk should come out of the skimmer a day?

How much gunk should come out of the skimmer a day? Im not sure how to tune this thing or how much shoudl be comming out of it :T

Depends on many things. How big is your tank? How long has it been set up? What fish? Live rock? And what kind of skimmer?

75 gal, set up for a year live rock 4 fish 2 clowns 2 damsiles

How much stuff is coming out of it? With that small of a bio load I don't think you should be getting a lot. In fact it should take a week or more to even fill the collection cup half way.

Yeah, that is an extremely light load for a 75. Again, depending on the kind of skimmer you have, I wouldn't expect to see much skimmate.

I got 75 gal with 120lbs LR, 40lbs LS, seaclone 150 skimmer, & 3 fishes (2 ocellaris clown & 1 blue damsel) I barely get any skimmate but I think that my snails make more mess than them
