How much to feed?

I was wondering how I know how much to feed. I have a CB shrimp, Scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp, Spinny blue lobster and two Sleeper gold head gobies. I never know if it is too much, too little, or just right. I really appreciate all the help you guys give. keep it coming. Thanks!

First.... what are you feeding them?

If you are using frozen cubes, try a little portion and see how much gets eaten in 2 -3 minutes. if it's gone right away, feed a little more the next time. a good rule is to feed enough that it;s gone in 3 minutes.

I am feeding frozen formula one. Thats what I thought But sometimes I cant get the food close enough to the shrimp or lobster so it floats away. i assume they just eat it later. so I really have no idea how much they need.
