How to raise salinity?

I know it's adding Salt, but I have no idea how much to add. I just checked my salinity and for some reason it's 1.22/23. It seems a little to low.

Instead of adding fresh water for your topoffs, just use water with like 1.025, it will bring it up slowly.

Because the water evaporates and the salt stays in the tank all you need to do is top up with salt water. The amount of salinity the water you use will only matter in that it will increase your tanks salinity more or less quickly. Once you find the desired SG then continue to use FW for your top ups and SW for filling after your PWC.
