But I cant seem to find a good thread on it. Whats a good Budget Skimmer? I have a Red sea triple pass and i hate it. Works like crap. Im ready to buy a better one. My problem is it has to fit in my sump which I have a spot thats about 9-10" x 12" seems hard to find something with that small of a footprint.

How much are you willing to spend? You can try to find someone on craiglist or a local reef forum selling an ASM skimmer. Either the mini-g (75gal) or G1 (100gal). The newer versions have the pumps located directly under the body so the footprint is smaller. They skim very well too.
