Ideas for small saltwater tank

I've never owned saltwater tank before but I was considering setting up a small one. What would my options be in a 10-20 gallon tank? I'd like coral but I know it's more work than live rock; what I'm really concerned about is my fish options.

I'm not one to pick a fish just because it looks pretty, I like fish with personality. So, what are my options?

Clownfish certainly have personality. Ocellaris clowns are the smallest, easiest, cutest, and have the most personality in my opinion. A pair would do great in a 20 gallon.

Blennies tend to have some great personalities as well. Stay away from cardinal fish, they are boring as heck IMO.
