Great post Justin. I only have two things to add:
1. Monthly expenses are not bad at all (start up can hurt), buy in bulk.
2. If buying a used tank, ask what meds have been used in the tank (stay away from copper).

Age is relative, you are only as old as you act....of course, this works in reverse....
