I figured use 2 actnics and 2 regular that will be 60 watts would that be enough for coral?

For anyone that knows about electrical. I found a 4 bulb t8 ballast it says bulb size supported is 48 in. can I still use it for 4 18" bulbs?

Maybe some soft coral. If you want to keep coral I'd go with t5ho or LED.

No. Ballasts are made to drive a certain wattage of bulb.

The one I looked at says maximum wattage 120
