Actually after looking a little more closely it does look like you have cyano
. The green stuff doesnt look that bad but if you dont control the cyano
, it can overrun your tank quickly. Youre water most likely has a good amount of phosphate in it. You can remove the cyano
by siphon vacuuming it out or blowing it off or sucking it up with a coral feeder/turkey baster. Then you will need to bring the phosphate down by good clean water changes or phosphate removal media. Also make sure you are using clean RO
for top off water.
