Is my frogspawn and whisker coral ok?

Over the last few weeks the tentacles of my frogspawn and whisker corals have looked really fat. There are also light dots on the sides of the frogspawn tentacles. Is that normal? Also my zoas rarely open up anymore and not sure why.

maybe the lights to strong turn it down a bit see if maybe that helps

They aren't really bleached or anything. It almost looks like it's making new tentacles but they are so fat right now. I'd upload a photo but it won't let me atm
