Is my stocklist okay?

I'm currently setting up a a 125g FOWLR tank with a 40g sump system. It was an established aquarium until about a week ago so cycling it is going to be more of a formality than a real cycle. Before I commit to this fish list I'd just like to get some other opinions on it. I listed the fish in the order they'll be added to the tank..

-Seargent Major Damselfish (x2?)
-Yellow Goatfish
-Yellow Tang
-Powder Blue Tang
-Harlequin Tusk
-Picasso Trigger

Overstocked? Any modifications?
Suggestions are great!

Might change out the powder blue for a different kind of tang since they're in the intermediate-difficult care range. :/
I dunno.
I've read conflicting information on Sailfin tangs, would one work well in a 125?
