Is this good or bad?

I have a 3"h x 12"lw x 10" w pile of small (1-2") liverock chunks and snail shells against 1 corner of the glass. Inhabitants in this pile include the following: several bristleworms, thousands of small swimming pods, tons of little white worms on the glass, and lots of the "bugs" from tiny to 2cm.

What you describe is called a pod pile, it is a natural in tank fuge Doubt they will let much detritus build up in the pile.
