Yes, you have plenty of light for softies.

Lol it happens there is clowns on there too but I think they might need more room it's only a 14 gal??

It's just a general guide. I could swear I've seen yellow watchman gobies that were 5" long. Maybe it was a different fish. Anyway, if you click on the clowns, they say minimum tank size is 20 gallons. A nano is up to 29 gallons I think.

Ok we'll I think I'm just gonna get a gobi and a shrimp when I get everything goin I really am interested in the corals more I can do zoanthids and polps right is there mor I could have

Sure. there are many nice looking mushrooms and leathers. You could probably do some stony corals like candycanes and duncans as well.
