Is too much light bad for coral?

Like leaving my lights on all day and night?

Corals should only get 8 to 10 hours of light

I say 10-12 hours usually. (2 hours of actinics in morning, then all lights, then 2 hours of actinics afternoon). You can always get a timer for your lights if you don't want to manually turn them on/off at the same time every day.

I haves coralife timer which isn't workin out at all

And I'm not at my house much cause I run a business and never home to keep track of the lights so I figured I could just leave all the lights on over night
But if that's not good for the coral I guess they'll have to go close to 12 hours of blue led night lighting until noon or so when I get here to turn the other lights on

You can't keep lights on all day and night. Your fish will go insane and need to rest.
