Just set up my tank need some help

ok so I added my salt and substrate. After adding salt did my first test 15 min after it was at like .30 now i waited a little longer and it went down to about .25 so thats good but I have 2 questions. My first is my tank is soooooo cloudy right now, mainly I think its the sand I have in there but that will clear up with my filters running correct? also I have some live rock I got from a already set up tank is it ok to put it in my tank now that I have it set up? Its been running for about a hour now. Ty for the help

Did you wash your substrate before putting it in the tank? If you did, the stuff in the water should settle out in a day or two. If not you might have to skim some junk off of the top of your tank.

As for the live have you been keeping it in salt water with a powerhead and heater?
