LED Lighting Fixtures

SO finally after 2 weeks of struggling with my tank set up i have 25lbs of dry rock and 30lbs sand in my 30 gallon tank. I have been very interested in upgrading my lighting fixtures and i was curious what kind of LED fixtures would be appropriate for LR and just one anemone( when i get it, after cycling). thanks for any input you can offer.

let the tank stablize before you put the nemone in. keep it as a FOWLR for a few months and then make it a reef

yeah i didn't plan on getting an anemone for quite some time but i wanted to start researching the proper lighting for corals etc. now so i dont have any blunders later the way i already have had with Crushed Coral and having to redo some things in week 2 of cycling. So i am waiting until my tank is stable before adding anemones and some mushroom etc etc.
