what lighting do up guys recommend for my tank its 75gallons? I will have lr, fish, inverts and anemones.

If you want anemones you will need some really strong light. A t5 fixture would be your best bet most likely. Either a 4 bulb or even better a 6 bulb unit.

You don't want corals?

metal halide and LED lighting are also options. for a 75 gallon tank i would want at least a 6 lamp T5 HO fixture, 2 x 250 watt halides, or a quality LED fixture.
