I have a 55 long Fowler tank and I'm planing to love up to corals but I have a single 48 inch t8 fixture my question is if I ad another single t8 fixture and on one of them I use a 10k bulb and on the other a atinic blue bulb will the bulbs be enough for corals or do I have to go with the t5's

I do not believe you will be successful with any corals with only two normal output T8 bulbs.

The least expensive option as far as initial cost would be a 4 bulb T5HO system. Long term, I believe LEDs are the way to go due to lower running costs and no need to replace bulbs.
