So i just got a new led panel in. They are both the same just different brands/models. Both 165 watt full spectrum but the right side is more blue. Seems to have more blues then the old one one the left. Right side is new led

Actually its the same product but it seems to be that some blue leds have died out or fadded? Is this normal or?

If you got them from different batches at different times then yes, it is perfectly likely that they are not the exact configuration. I cant see any difference in the lighting over the tank from the picture so it should be fine. There really is no solution to this issue, cant really change out the leds to match. I mean you could, but its soooo not practical.
