Lighting?Deep Blue Professional - SolarFlare DX Double LED Strip Light 48"

I have a 55 gallon aquarium and I most want to keep my little riterri anemone happy. He seems to hate being close to the lights and has settled to the very bottom where he is cared for by a saddleback clown. I currently have 2 T5 HO fixtures (10k each & 14 watts each) (to me it seems super bright and it burns my eyees to look at it honestly) but my anemone needs to be happy. I am not sure if I will be keeping any types of coral or anything, maybe button polyps in the future. Is this light appropriate for me? Or should I go a little less?

Or should I add in a LED strip (or two)

I'm no lighting expert, but it says each LED is 3w each, so seems like that would work for the anemone.
