Lighting for 55g Hex

My 55g hex came with a 3-bulb 18" fixture. All 3 bulbs are 15 watts a piece. I cannot seem to find any VHO fixtures that will fit my tank. It seems the smallest is for 24" bulbs.

I'd really like to add a bubble tip anemone, but have to get the proper lighting first. Anyone know where I can find one that will fit my tank?

55-gallon Hex
65-lb LS
6-lb LR
1 Yellow Tail Damsel
1 3-inch Domino
1 Yellow Tang
1 Picasso Trigger
1 Green Wrasse
1 Tomato Clown
1 Coral Beauty
