Lighting for biocube 29

Hey Guys-- I'm thnking of upgrading my lights in my Biocube. I would like to start getting corals and nems. And I kno I Definetly won't be getting any, anytime soon cuz my actinics blew out( which I don't know if actinics have any true purpose anyhow) any and all ideas are welcomed and in the mean time would I be able to get a T8 bulbs to fit my ballast for the cube?? Or is T5 better ?
