Lighting question

I just received my lighting for my aquarium and I am trying to set the built in timers. Just wondered how I should set them. One timer operates the Daylight T-5's, the other Actinic T-5's, and there are lunar lights that operate when the others are off. Any suggestions as to how the timers should be set?

Follow up to this..I'm only doing a FOWLR

Set the actinic lights to come on first and one hour later then the daylights and at the end of the day daylights off first ant then the actinics one hour later. Here is how I have my VHO`s set. Actinics 10A-10p and 50/50`s 11A to 9P.

I agree with Mike, the moonlight LEDs will not need to be on a timer, they are cancelled out by the other lighting.
