Lighting question

Have 75gal 48x24x18 currently 2x150 mh I just got 2x400 mh in a package deal. Lfs ad that is to much light and I will probably bleach my Sps with that t light. Ashame because it new. I know someone willing to trade me a ecoxotic panorama led for it. What do u guys think would be best. The led is about 9 months old he bought it for about 1000.

I also have a 180 w/ coralife 3x250 mh. And 40 gal breeder that needs a light. Eventually planning on getting rid of the 75 gal but I need to wait for the 180 to cycle for the corals. Which light is best for which tank do u think. New mh Is 48 in wide.
