Lighting suggestions please

I need a MH/PC retrofit kit 4' in length. 2x 400w MH and 2x 96w PC. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, I have been looking for some time now and everywhere is so expensive. I was also hoping someone could recommend some brands of lights and ballasts...either to stay away from or to look into.
