lighting the refuge

[ohio reefer]

i recieved a 55gal tank for free and i was going to use it for my filter. 1/2 refuge 1/2 sump. the refuge is 1/2 the aquarium so it will be approx 27 gal.

my question is: will 2 50/50 24inch bulbs be enough to light the refuge? i got the lights for free also.
