Is it ok to leave blue attinic lights on all night?

No, fish need a dark cycle to similate night. If you want to see things, get some moonlites for the tank.

I have a moonlight DIY project in the DIY area in the bottom of the forums list.
Former advisor and planted tank geek...life's moved on though.
