Lights on or off?

I have a IM NUVO 16G thank with stock lights
My question is how long should I leave the lights on?
I have a few mushroom corals

Should I leave both the blue and the white lights on?
Or white light during the day and blue light during the night?

And for how long should I keep them on?

The norm is to mimic the natural day and turn the blues on first, then the whites for your daylight period (keeping the blues on as well), then turn off the whites, leaving the blues on for a little while longer to simulate a morning and evening transition.
I would say 8-10 hours total, so if you are going with 8 hours, blues on for 8, and the whites on for 6.
