Live rock and biobale

I have 70 lbs of LR in my 55 AGA along with 50 lbs of LS. It has been cycling for 3 weeks. My question is,can i remove the biobale out of the skimmer or should i wait. My ammonia is .2 and my trates and trites are spiked, Ph is 8.3.

I would agree that with no livestock in there it would be fine to just remove it now.
