Live rock and fish

I've had my 100 gallon set up for a little over a month now with 2 clown fish. My nitrate is almost back to 0 and I have a good skimmer and 50 pounds of live rock. My question is If I put all my live rock out of my old tank (55 gallon set up for 3 years) in can I add fish also

What are your ammonia and nitrite levels. Of there high the cycle isnt complete yet. If you havent done any Pwc to get rid of nitrates the tank hasnt cycled. I would be careful adding anything until cycle is complete

Is the 55g still set up and the rock in water?

Yes the 55 is still set up. I don't have a test kit for ammonia I'll try to get one today and repost.

ammo and trite should be 0 in a cycled tank. trate between 0-20
