I have been in the slow process of moving and have let my tank slide a little. I only have live rock in it but havent had the lights running much and havent done many water changes.(about 1 per month) Now I am finally ready to get everything set back up in my new home and I'm wondering if the live rock will be ok or if I need to scrap it and start over. I was thinking that if I get a few pounds of some really good rock that any die off from the old rock would eventually get overgrown by the new. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Your rock should be fine, just have everything running accordingly for about two weeks before adding any livestock. Also, make sure your water params are in check as well. Several water changes might be in order as well.
