Looking to upgrade lights to support corals

What is the best lighting option for a 29 gallon tank

Hmmm, that's kind of a loaded question. The best lights? Hard to say, I see people. Using t5's, people using metal halides, and of course LED's. It's all in what you can afford. All 3 are capable of supporting corals. I like the look of led lights but they are expensive. I've never used metal halides but hear they produce a good deal of heat. The least expensive are T5ho lights and they look nice with the right bulbs. I'm not sure if you would need 2 or 4 bulbs for coral but someone here will be able answer that.
