Macro algae

Hello everyone. I am thinking of putting some form of macro algae in my 20 gallon. Shaving hair brush algae or Halimeda. Any thoughts or recommendations??

I put cheato in an old hang on back filter in place of the media and used it as a refugium.

This way the macro algae gets to work without taking over your tank.
